Tell the Senate: Hands off the EPA

The climate obstructionists are pushing a new way to gut the Clean Air Act - strangle the EPA.

Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska has proposed an amendment that would strip the EPA of the ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from "non-mobile" sources. This drastic move would leave over 70% of the CO2 emissions produced in the United States completely unregulated, including every single industry polluter and coal plant.

The vote on the Murkowski amendment is a critical test for the Senate. The vote is expected to be very close. If it passes, polluters will know that they have enough friends in the Senate to win on critical issues.

Here's a link to a petition to ask our Senators to reject the Murkowski amendment and any other attempts to strangle the EPA. I hope you will, too. Please have a look and take action.
