We are on the home stretch and we need all of you to be Health Care Activists ! We want to assure you that the fight for a public option and a strong health care reform bill is Not over! There is more to say, but in brief – we can still get something good put in through Conference Committee and no matter what we get out of the Senate we can build on it, expand it and make it better. This is still a fight we can win for as long as we have folks like yourself jumping on the phones and helping us make history. Broad Street 11th floor. In keeping with the Holiday Spirit we have another request. HCAN has joined a campaign with Georgeanne Koehler, an individual who is making a difference. Georgeanne,who lost her brother Billy to a broken health care system, will deliver thousands of Christmas Cards to members of Congress next week. These cards contain brief health care stories from people who have suffered from the lack of affordable health care. You can help by writing your health care story orwish and emailing it to the following website: Your story will be added to a card and delivered to members of the House and Senate next week.
